Drug names, dosages, anatomical terms and abbreviations sound alike and mean very different things. Dictation speed, accents and background clinical noise compound the risk.
How we handle it

Medical work is drafted by transcriptionists with clinical vocabulary experience, then reviewed by a second person against the audio with a dedicated pass on drug names, dosages and figures. Terms that remain uncertain are flagged for your confirmation rather than silently resolved. Turnaround is quoted in AEDT/AEST. Files received before midday Sydney/Melbourne time can usually be returned the same business evening.
A Business Associate Agreement is available. Audio and transcripts are held under defined retention with certified deletion on request, and are never used to train any model.
